I heard them city folks talkin’ ’bout this here YSL College Bag, sayin’ it’s a real fancy thing. Well, I seen a lot of bags in my time, and this one, it ain’t so special. But if you’re gonna spend your money on it, might as well know what you’re gettin’, right? This here’s my two cents on buyin’ one of them YSL College Bags, remake or not.
First thing’s first, they say you gotta check if it’s real or not. I don’t rightly know how, but there are things you can look out for. That fancy name, Yves Saint Laurent, or YSL, that is, it is all over the bag. And I heard that the real ones, they have this soft bag you put it in, a “dust bag”, they call it. Ain’t that somethin’? A bag for your bag!
And those number, they are important, apparently. That the real ones got some numbers. Six numbers I think they said.
Now, if you’re lookin’ online, there’s a whole mess of ’em. Just type in “YSL bag” and you’ll see. They got all sorts. Some folks sell used ones, which I guess is okay if you don’t mind someone else’s hand-me-downs. They say they are cheaper. But still, make sure you ask a lot of questions. Some folks try to sell you fakes, which is like gettin’ corn cobs instead of corn! They look real, but they ain’t!
I seen this one, they call it the Saint Laurent Le 5 a 7 Bag. It’s a little thing, not big enough to carry a good-sized pie, if you ask me. But the young’uns seem to like it. They say it’s like them old bags from the 90s. Whatever that means. Seems like everything old is new again, I guess.

- Or YSL Bag Dupes. Sound like some kind of trickery, but there it is.
- Some folks said they got it from YSL Dupe Bag AliExpress. I don’t know what that is.
They also say you can get them fancy bags directly from that Yves Saint Laurent place. They got a store online, fancy that! But I bet they cost a pretty penny. You could probably buy a whole cow for what they charge for one of them bags! The real ones, they are expensive. Not for me, I say.
I heard that if you buy a real one, you are supposed to get some kind of paper with it. Says it is real. Like a birth certificate for a bag. What will they think of next!
And this YSL College Bag, it ain’t just one bag. No sir! They got different kinds. Different colors, different… I don’t know what they call it… “materials.” Some are made of snake skin, if you can believe it! And some are made of cow hide. They call it “calfskin”, but it’s just cow hide to me. They say it make them even more valuable. Like a prize-winning hog at the county fair.
So, if you’re dead set on gettin’ one of them YSL College Bags, just be careful. Look at it real good. Check for them numbers. Make sure it comes with that dust bag. And if you’re buyin’ it used, ask a lot of questions. You don’t want to get swindled. It’s a lot of money for a bag, if you ask me. But then again, I’m just a simple woman who prefers a good, sturdy tote bag. One that can hold a whole bunch of eggs without breakin’.
And one more thing, this Remake YSL COLLEGE BAG Purchasing thing is confusing. Like they make it again? Why would they do that? I guess some people like the old stuff. Like my old churn, it still makes the best butter, even if it is old.
Anyways, that’s all I gotta say about them YSL bags. Just remember what I told ya. Be careful out there, and don’t let them city folks trick ya! And if you ever find a bag that can hold a whole pie without it getting squished, you let me know!
I think it is better to buy a bag that can be used. Not those fancy ones. They look pretty, but I don’t know if they can hold much. You want to buy a bag, make sure it can carry stuff. That is what a bag is for. But what do I know? I am just a simple woman.
There are many kinds of bags. Make sure you know what you want. Do not buy something just because it looks good. Buy something that is good and you can use it.
